Architectural Design Review

Homeowners are required to submit front, rear and side yard landscape plans for approval within 4 months of the close of escrow date and must complete approved improvements of front and side yards within 1 year of the close of escrow. When you begin your improvements, please refer to the Design Guidelines found on our resident website.  We also have one-on-one appointments available twice a month to meet with someone to discuss your plans.


Online Application Submittal

Homeowners must submit their Design Review applications via email to:
gpdesignreview.ca@fsresidential.com

When submitting your application, please follow these guidelines:

  • Email Subject Line: Include your Great Park address (e.g., "123 Great Park Blvd")

  • Email Attachments:

  1. Completed Application Form Click here

  2. Detailed Project Plans

    • Can be professionally rendered or clearly hand-drawn

    • Must include dimensions, plant plan and ledger, materials to be used, etc.

  3. Photos of the Existing Area

    • Show the current space that will be renovated or modified

  4. Example Photos and/or Specification Sheets

    • Include images or product specs for materials to be used, such as synthetic turf, lighting, hardscape, etc.

Please ensure all items are included in your submission to avoid delays in the review process. Incomplete applications may not be accepted.


Design Review Timeline

  1. Submit your Initial Submittal later than 4 Months after Close of Escrow.

  2. Wait for approval before starting work!

  3. After your approval, install your yard per the approved plan in preparation for the Notice of Completion.

  4. After the work is complete, take pictures of everything done and submit it with your Notice of Completion.

  5. Notice of Completion is approved within 1 Year after Close of Escrow.
