Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.

GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every odd month at 6:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24 at 5:30pm at The Poolhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - September 2025

4/16/25 - The Fitness Cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.
4/21/25 - The Pavilion Pool facility is closed beginning on April 21st for renovations to begin. For more information, please see pavilion-park-pool-renovation-project.
8/8/25 - Cadence spa is temporary closed for maintenance. Update: 8/8 - Cadence Spa has reopened.
8/15/25- Cadence pool facility is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 8/15 - The facility is reopened.
8/16/25- The Beacon pool facility is currently down for maintenance. Update: 8/19 - The facility is reopened. Please note that the front gate is currently inoperable, please use rear door, signage has been posted. Update: 8/29 - The front gate is fully operational.
8/17/25- The fob access is currently down which impacted access to the pool facility. We are actively working on getting it restored as soon as possible. 8/20 - The facility is reopened; all systems are online.
8/21/25 - The Cave spa is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 8/25 - The spa is reopened.
8/23/25 - The Rise Overlook restroom is currently closed pending repairs.
9/1/25- The Luna spa is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 9/1 - The spa is reopened.

9/4/25 - The Pools Resort jacuzzi is closed for maintenance.
