Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.
GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday (unless otherwise stated below) of every odd month at 6:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12 at 5:30pm at The Poolhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - October 2025
4/16/25 - The Fitness Cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.
4/21/25 - The Pavilion Pool facility is closed beginning on April 21st for renovations to begin. For more information, please see pavilion-park-pool-renovation-project.
9/2/25 - The Parasol Neighborhood Landscape Project has begun. For more information, please see parasol-neighborhood-landscape-project
9/4/25 - The Pools Resort jacuzzi is closed for maintenance. Update: 9/5 - The spa is reopened.
9/8/25 - The dog washing station by the large dog park at Novel is currently closed for maintenance.
9/7/25 - BBQ grills at Overlook and Sanctuary are out of commission until further notice. 9/25 - BBQs at The Overlook and Sanctuary are now fixed and ready to use
9/15/25 - The Beacon Pool facility is closed beginning on September 15 for renovations to begin. For more information, please see beacon-park-pool-renovation-project
9/17/25 - The Slide at Pavilion Park is closed until further notice.10/3 The slide is reopened.
9/18/25 - The Luna Pool is scheduled to be closed from Monday 9/22 and reopening on Wednesday 9/24.
9/19/25 - The Pools Resort Pool is closed until further notice. Update: 9/23 - The facility is reopened.
10/1/25- The Cadence Park restroom located on the lower right terrace is currently closed pending repairs.
