OUR PROGRAM
Our strength and conditioning program is for everybody. The workouts are different every day and can be modified for each person depending on their fitness level. We have an amazing community of members from all fitness backgrounds; beginners who are new to working out, young adults, parents, to former professional athletes. The age group ranges from teenagers all the way to senior citizens. The coach ensures that everyone is set up properly and scaled to their fitness level.
Most of the workouts consist of a high intensity workout using full body exercises aimed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve stamina. We also incorporate days where the workout is more strength-focused with lower intensity, and other days where the workout is more endurance and cardio based.

1 Class - $25
10 Class Pack - $200 ($20/class)
20 Class Pack - $350 ($17.5/class)
Monthly Unlimited Membership - $200/month (no contract, cancel anytime)
