Through a unique homebuyer program the developer of Great Park Neighborhoods, is pleased to provide every new Great Park Neighborhoods household with a branded brightorange beach cruiser, designed by Felt Bicycles. The signature bikes in Solis Park will not only identify their riders as residents of Great Park Neighborhoods, but they will also connect those residents to a network of established trails throughout Irvine and beyond. Let your new bicycle encourage you to leave your car and experience the surroundings of Great Park Neighborhoods in a different, healthier way.
Bicycles are available for 90 days after the close of escrow. If a Homebuyer fails to claim a bicycle during the Distribution Period, the bicycle will be forfeited by the Homebuyer.
PLEASE NOTE: Resale of a home within Great Park Neighborhoods does not qualify for the bike program.
After Verification of your Close of Escrow, a bike registration link from "GPN Bike Portal" will be sent to the email the builder’s sales office (not the HOA) has on file.
Please allow several weeks to receive that email after your close of escrow. We suggest checking your junk/spam folders at the time of your closing as well, in case the email landed there.
