Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.
GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday (unless otherwise stated below) of every odd month at 4:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25 at 4:00pm at The Clubhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - April 2026
4/16/25 - The Fitness Cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.
9/2/25 - The Parasol Neighborhood Landscape Project has begun. For more information, please see parasol-neighborhood-landscape-project
11/26/25 -Arbor Group will be performing tree pruning throughout the community on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting on 12/10/2025. To view the full schedule, including dates, times, and locations for each area, please see Tree Pruning Schedule
1/13/26- The dog washing stations at Novel Dog Parks for both Big and Small Park area are temporarily closed as the gates are down. Update: 2/12 - The small dog park washing station doors are operational now. The large dog park washing station doors are currently not working.
2/3/26 - The south gate of Rise Pool is currently inoperable and is closed pending maintenance.
2/16/26 - The Cadence studio is currently closed for maintenance.
2/20/26 - The following BBQs are not currently inoperable: 3 BBQs at Rise Pool, 2 BBQS at Luna Pool, 1 BBQ at Rise Overlook Park, 2 BBQS at Pavilion Park, 1 BBQ at Rise Sanctuary Park. Update: 2/24 - The BBQ at Cadence is working now.
3/5/26 - Due to the current wind advisory, all firepits will be turned off until further notice. Update: 3/10 - Fire pits access has been restored.
3/16/26 - The Solis Pool is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 3/17 - Solis Pool is now open.
3/16/26 - The Cadence Spa is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 3/17 - Cadence spa is now open.
3/17/26 - The small dog washing station at Novel Park is currently closed for maintenance, the large dog washing station is open.
4/3/26 - The Rise Pool spa is closed for maintenance. Update: 4/3 -The Rise Pool spa is now open.
4/3/26 - All firepits have been turned off due to a high wind advisory. Update: 4/6 - Fire pits access has been restored.
4/8/26 - The Pools Resort pool is closed for maintenance. Update: 4/9 -The Pools Resort Pool has reopened.
4/10/26 - The fire pit at Novel Park will be unavailable until Thursday, April 16.
4/13/26 - The Rise Spa is currently closed. Update: 4/15 - The Rise Spa has reopened.
4/14/26 - The Solis Pool Side entrance gate is currently closed for maintenance; the front door will remain accessible.
4/15/26 - The two showers at the Beacon Pool are currently inoperable due to pending repairs.
4/16/26 - Pavilion Pool is currently closed.
