Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.
GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday (unless otherwise stated below) of every odd month at 4:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25 at 4:00pm at The Clubhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - February 2026
4/16/25 - The Fitness Cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.
9/2/25 - The Parasol Neighborhood Landscape Project has begun. For more information, please see parasol-neighborhood-landscape-project
11/26/25 -Arbor Group will be performing tree pruning throughout the community on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting on 12/10/2025. To view the full schedule, including dates, times, and locations for each area, please see Tree Pruning Schedule
1/13/26- The dog washing stations at Novel Dog Parks for both Big and Small Park area are temporarily closed as the gates are down. Update: 2/12 - The small dog park washing station doors are operational now. The large dog park washing station doors are currently not working.
1/26/26 - The Solis Pool gates are inoperable and are not accessible. Update: 2/20 - The Solis pool gates are now assessable.
2/3/26 - The south gate of Rise Pool is currently inoperable and is closed pending maintenance.
2/4/26 - Resident access to the community fire pits is temporarily suspended due to the wind advisory issued by the Weather Channel. Update: 2/5 - Resident access to the community firepits have been restored.
2/16/26 - The studio is currently closed for maintenance.
2/17/26 - The Beacon spa is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 2/17 - Beacon spa is now reopened.
2/20/26 - The following BBQs are not currently inoperable: 3 BBQs at Rise Pool, 2 BBQS at Luna Pool, 1 BBQ at Rise Overlook Park, 2 BBQS at Pavilion Park, 1 BBQ at Rise Sanctuary Park. 2/24 - The BBQ at Cadence is working now.
2/23 - 3/4/26 - Pavilion Park will be having concrete work scheduled. Please see Pavilion Park concrete repair map for areas effected.
2/25/26 - The Revive Pool at the the Retreat pool is closed for maintenance.
2/25/26 - The Lap Pool at Rise is currently closed.
2/25/26 - Beacon Pool will be closed beginning 3/2 through approximately 3/6 for maintenance.
2/26/26 - The Competition Pool is currently closed for maintenance. Update: 2/27 - The Competition Pool has reopened.
