Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.
GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday (unless otherwise stated below) of every odd month at 4:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 at 4:00pm at The Clubhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - July 2026
6/2/26 - The BBQ at Rise Sanctuary Park is currently out of service
6/2/26 - The side gate at the Rise Pool is closed due to pending maintenance.
6/16/26 - Novel Park Painting Project begins Tuesday, June 23 and includes repainting the dog park fencing, pergolas, and the Novel Clubhouse staircase. The project is expected to take 2–3 weeks, with one dog park remaining open at all times while improvements are completed.
7/15/26 - The Competition pool starting blocks will be temporarily out of service beginning Wednesday, July 15, for resurfacing. Barring any setbacks, they will be reinstalled on Friday, 7/17.
7/14/26 - The Pools Resort pool facility will be closed on 7/18 for an HOA event and will reopen 7/19.
