Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.
GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every odd month at 6:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21 at 6:00pm at The Poolhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - April 2025
2/17/25 - The Rise restrooms at the Sanctuary at Rise are closed due to power outage. Update: 3/12 Proposal for repairs received. Additional comparative bids required.
2/20/25 - The Zen Garden fountain at Novel Park is down due to maintenance repair. Update: 3/12 Proposal for repairs received. Update: 4/16 The Pavilion Park fountain back up and running.
2/21/25 - The Pavilion Park fountain at Pavilion Park is down due to maintenance repair. Update: 3/12 Proposal for repairs received. Update: 3/27 Approved and sent to vendor, awaiting scheduling.
3/20/25- The small dog park gate is currently down. A request for repair has been made to the appropriate vendor. Update: 3/25 - The small dog park is reopened.
3/21/25 - The Retreat Spa is closed for maintenance. Update: 3/24 - The Retreat spa is open.
3/21/25 - Pavilion Pool: Select furniture will be removed in anticipation of the Pavilion Pool renovation project.
3/28/25 - The Pools Family Pool is closed for maintenance. Update: 3/28 - The Pools Family Pool is now open.
4/1/25 - The Pools – two spas will be closed on 4/2 for maintenance, and the other spa and wader will be closed on 4/3. Update: 4/16 Proposal for repairs received and are awaiting approval.
4/1/25 - The Cave Spa will be closed 4/2 for maintenance. Update: 4/16 - The Cave spa is reopened.
4/6/25 - The small dog park gate is currently down. Update: 4/9 - The small dog park gate has been repaired and access has been restored.
4/9/25 - The Northeast Pool at The Retreat is closed for maintenance.
4/16/25 - The fitness cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.
