Facility Key Fobs

FACILITY KEY FOBS Will be available for pick up during key fob office hours Thursdays, 1pm – 4pm at the pools clubhouse office (120 Newington).

New Home Buyer?

If you are the first owner of your home, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary key fobs. After closing escrow on your home, please provide the following:

Resell Buyer?

If you have purchased your home from a previous homeowner, the seller is required to provide you with two (2) key fobs at the close of escrow. If you did not receive two (2) key fobs, replacement key fobs may be purchased at the non-refundable rate of $50.00 per key fob by credit card. Please provide the following:

Tenants

Homeowners are required to register all tenants to the Association. Owners, please submit the following:

Reminders: Homeowners must be prepared to provide a copy of their escrow closing documents (settlement statement hud-1), title deed, or recorded grant deed. If the homeowner recently closed escrow, our database may not be updated to include this information. Therefore, all homeowners (or property managers) should have one of these documents ready prior to starting the process to prevent any delays. The information must reflect their name and the newly purchased property address, otherwise, key fobs cannot be issued.
