Included: All outdoor furniture, access to outdoor grills and bar top, heaters, and fireplace. There are 4, 60"round tables and 24 folding chairs upon request. Clubhouse indoor sofa furniture is also included, along with back kitchen area, Smart TV Access with Blu-Ray player, and ability to open the large dividing glass door between the Pavilion and Terrace.
