Freelow Aquatics is on a mission to empower individuals of all ages and abilities to become strong swimmers. We offer clinics, group sessions and individual private lessons targeting water-safety and stroke refinement. Led by the expert guidance of Coach Nav, with 15 years of experience, our program empowers swimmers of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential in the water.

Here’s what you need to know:
Tailored Swim Groups: Each group is carefully crafted to match age, skill level, and availability.
Session Details: Our sessions run for 30 minutes of focused instruction. Swimmers will experience a variety of drills targeting all four strokes of swimming—and will learn to swim with their peers as a progressive unit. Participants are required to swim 2x a week.
Flexible Scheduling: Help us create the perfect swim squad by indicating your availability. Simply check all the boxes for the days and times that work best for you – together, we'll form cohesive groups of up to six participants for maximum learning and fun!
Private Lessons
Tailored water-safety, stroke refinement, and focused training for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Adult swim training at the Competition pool (T/Th 6am-7am & 7:15a-8:30am)
Looking to take your swimming to the next level? These structured workouts are designed for experienced swimmers, focusing on optimizing stroke efficiency while building stamina and endurance.
Adult stroke development at Rise pool (M/W/F 6am-8:30am)
Perfect for beginners! This program teaches the fundamentals of swimming, helping you build a strong foundation and grow your confidence in the water.
Swim Clinic at the Competition pool (Saturday 8am-1pm)
For swimmers aged 5-14 who are on swim teams or aspire to be. These clinics target speed, stamina, and endurance, with dedicated drills for all four strokes, starts, and turns.
