Welcome to our Vinyasa Yoga and Mat Pilates classes, designed to support and challenge practitioners of all levels. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, strength, or mindfulness, our classes provide a balanced approach to both physical and mental well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga: Flow with Breath & Movement

Experience a dynamic sequence of poses that connect breath and movement. Classes include a gentle warm-up, guided flows, and modifications for all levels, ending with a calming Shavasana to reflect and reset.

Mat Pilates: Build Core Strength & Stability

Build strength, flexibility, and alignment through targeted exercises that engage your core and stabilize your body. With modifications for all levels, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout to help you move with confidence and ease.
